This meal ruined all other meals for me — in the best possible way. Tucked inside a cosy, warmly lit haven, Solo isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a whole mood. There’s also a private room available for booking. Oh and yes, they’ve got an open kitchen, so you have a meal and a show! We had the SOLO Sharing Menu that starts at $98++ per pax. Started with Pan-Seared Foie Gras — silky, buttery, and melts faster than your weekend plans. Then came the Truffle Focaccia, fluffy as a cloud, kissed with truffle and wrapped in creamy burrata and Parma ham. And the Uni Tagliolini is fresh ocean umami goodness in every twirl. Then came the Grilled Iberico Pork Chop — tender, juicy, flavourful. And the Wood-Fired Wagyu Striploin… tender, smoky, and so succulent that we didnt want it to end. The finale was the Tiramisu — moist, balanced, and utterly irresistible. Top-tier ingredients, Michelin-worthy flavours, and such smooth service — and trust me, every bite was so good.

Absolutely delicious food and a wonderful dining experience! Every dish we tried was full of flavor and definitely worth a try. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Mastro, who gave us a detailed introduction to the menu. When we felt the portion sizes were a bit small and asked about adding more dishes, he patiently answered all our questions and helped us with our requests. We were very satisfied with the overall experience — from the food to the ambiance to the service, everything was excellent. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing dining experience at Solo Ristorante Singapore 🤍 Chef special White Truffle Pasta was incredibly fragrant and indulgent, rich, earthy flavours done perfectly. The Uni Pasta was a standout too, creamy, fresh, and full of umami. Every bite was pure satisfaction. Highly recommended for anyone who loves refined Italian cuisine and premium ingredients ✨
