Chef Partner, Simone Fraternali, grew up near the Adriatic riviera in Gradara, Italy, surrounded by the wonders of “Zero KM” food where every ingredient can be locally sourced. As young as 6, he spent his youth assisting family members to handpick the ingredients and cooking in the home kitchen where he developed his deep appreciation for food and love for traditions.
Witnessing how much of an impact cooking can have on people. The passion fueled led Chef Simone to discover the world spending his better part of three decades experimenting and gaining knowledge in the kitchens of notable 3 Michelin star restaurants in Northern Italy in 2008, then departed to Singapore in 2013 in high-end establishments and now at his own pride & joy – he values the practice of sourcing quality ingredients and assemble them to obtain the most accomplished flavours.
